Ciao! I am Fracesca from Francesca Cooking Country.
I have had a passion for cooking my entire life and feel fortunate to be able to share this passion with travelers and new friends visiting Tuscany. I host unique cooking classes focused on seasonal organic ingredients and foraged plants that highlight traditional Tuscan dishes.
Cooking classes are hosted either in my charming 14th century home in the center of Florence or for a more rustic experience, a vintage olive mill located in the beautiful hills of Bagno a Ripoli, just 15 minutes outside of the city of Florence in the Chianti Fiorentino
